Posted

Cullum Homes recently began construction and grading on the Ironwood Golf Villas, a custom home community in the Town of Paradise Valley.

The Ironwood Golf Villas gated community will be directly on the Camelback County Club Golf Course, on the west side of Scottsdale Road, just north of McCormick Parkway. Cullum Homes is offering eight premier custom homes on lots ranging in size from a quarter to full acre, according to a press release.

As the builder for the site, Cullum Homes will design and build each single level custom home to reflect the architectural style, size, and finish specifications of the homeowner.

This in-town location offer Camelback Country Club golf course and mountain views, and is close to downtown Scottsdale and both Phoenix Sky Harbor and Scottsdale airports.
Cullum’s amenities will also be available, including ICF construction, large garages, guest casita options and basement options, a release states.

“This parcel of land is not only one of the most coveted in the Town of Paradise Valley, it has also been a long time in the making,” Rod Cullum, president and founder of Cullum Homes, said in a prepared statement.

“We are so excited to have just released these homes for sale and we believe there will be considerable interest in this gated enclave offering a noteworthy combination of location, views, amenities and customization options.”

In addition to the Ironwood Golf Villas, Cullum Homes is also building in several of the Valley neighborhoods including The Village at Mountain Shadows, The Village at Paradise Reserve, Cholla Heights, Silverleaf and Seven Desert Mountain.
