Coldwell Biltmore-Paradise Valley’s agents team recognized

Coldwell Banker Realty Arizona announced the Wendy Walker Fine Properties, a team of affiliate agents with the Biltmore-Paradise Valley office, was recently recognized for its business practices.

Wendy Walker Fine Properties ranked No. 1 in the Valley for large teams with four or more members based on gross commission income for 2019 throughout Arizona in the Coldwell Banker system.

Wendy Walker Fine Properties also received Coldwell Banker Realty’s International President’s Circle award, according to a press release.

“Congratulations to Wendy and her team on being recognized for their great work in the greater Phoenix area,” Greg Hollman, president of Coldwell Banker Realty Arizona, said in a prepared statement. “They work hard for their clients and truly earned this recognition.”

Wendy Walker, an affiliate agent with the Biltmore-Paradise Valley office of Coldwell Banker Realty Arizona, leads the Wendy Walker Fine Properties, which includes affiliate agents Shannone Ellermann, Nicole Hammond, Amanda Malcolm and Wendy Ortiz.

In 2018, the team received Coldwell Banker Realty’s International President’s Premier Team Award, which goes to sales teams of one to three members who achieve a closed gross commission income of $1,225,000 or 180 closed units.

The firm also earned, in 2018, the Lifetime Hall of Fame Award, which is awarded to those who achieve a closed gross commission income of more than $500,000 in one calendar year.

The team also won the International President’s Elite Award, NRT National Leadership Awards, Whose Who in Business Top 10 Agent as well as the Women’s Counsel of REALTORS Scottsdale’s Top Volume and Top Units Closed in 2017.
