ACF announces leadership change
Posted
In addition to organizational changes to be announced in upcoming weeks, the Arizona Community Foundation announces the departure of its chief philanthropy officer.
Jacky Alling, who left the foundation on March 31 for a new role as the first senior fellow for philanthropy at Arizona State University’s Lodestar Center for Philanthropy and Nonprofit Innovation, will serve in an adjunct faculty appointment under the ASU Lodestar Center for Philanthropy and Nonprofit Innovation and the Watts College of Public Service and Community Solutions.
Her duties include growing the ASU Lodestar Center’s PhilanthropyMatters programming; serving as a resource to the staff team, Leadership Council, and university on adding value to the philanthropic culture of Arizona and more, according to a press release.
Over 17 years, Ms. Alling’s impact on ACF has included collaborating with many community leaders, the release said, to design and implement some of the foundation’s most innovative programs.
She was instrumental in establishing and staffing the Affiliate Roadmap Task Force that reimagined the foundation’s affiliate network. She also led the co-founding of the Arizona Endowment Building Institute.
