Your Name: Linda Tribbett

Business Name: Adorned in Grace Bridal and Formalwear.

Town/Neighborhood: Mesa

Hours of operation: 10 a.m.-8 p.m. Tuesday-Saturday and by appointment.

Personal background highlights: Our family and church provided shelter and resources for victims of exploitation. Gary, a retired pastor, founded Abolition Now (abolitionnow.com) to assist people in getting informed and getting involved in the fight against trafficking while Linda founded Adorned in Grace Bridal to raise funds for resources and mentoring for victims and their children.

What we do: Adorned in Grace volunteers sell new and pre-loved wedding dresses and formalwear to the public for the purpose of raising awareness and funds for the prevention of exploitation and support for victims.

What I like most about doing business here: Providing inexpensive bridal wear to justice-conscious shoppers while providing for the needs of survivors.

Changes I’d like to see in this area: Prevention of trafficking among youth is a major focus of Adorned in Grace.

What am I promoting: We are supporting the community in many ways.

What I’m excited about and why: Helping entire families to move beyond surviving to thriving.

Favorite community cause and why: Compassion Care Center in San Tan Valley.

When and why I started my business/employment here: Adorned in Grace has three bridal shops in the Pacific Northwest. This is the first one in Arizona and funds will support the anti-exploitation work done at the Compassion Care Center and beyond.

Business information: Adorned in Grace Bridal and Formalwear opened April 9 at 6555 E. Southern Ave. No. 2406 in Mesa; 480-769-8113. The website is adornedingrace.org.
