The West Valley Chorale, under the direction of Ken Goodenberger, recently announced its fourth annual youth singer competition during its 39th performance season.
Cash prizes totaling $2,000 will be awarded to finalists. High school juniors and seniors from school districts throughout the Valley are eligible and encouraged to compete.
A video, head shot and Application of Intent must be submitted by email to YSCEntries@westvalleychoraleaz.org. The submission deadline is Saturday, Oct. 8.
The West Valley Chorale is a Surprise 501(c)(3) nonprofit performing arts organization comprised of auditioned singers from ten communities throughout West Valley. Support comes from concert sponsors, advertisers, ticket sales and tax-deductible donations from patrons.
