Marcus & Millichap, a commercial real estate investment services firm with offices throughout the U.S. and Canada, has announced the sale of an 11,807-square-foot industrial auto service building in Avondale. The property sold for $2.58 million, Phoenix Regional Manager Ryan Sarbinoff stated in a news release April 21.

Paul Berkner, an industrial investment specialist in the firm’s Phoenix office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company, the release stated.

The property, 1426 N. Eliseo C. Felix Jr. Way, was built in 2002 on 1.26 acres, and formerly housed SKAuto Body Repair, the release stated. The buyer, also a limited liability company, will operate Arizona Automotive Collision at the site.
