Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Arizona recently announced the company is changing its name to Coldwell Banker Realty in all Arizona offices, including five in Scottsdale.

The change is part of a nationwide effort to rename the 700 offices which the Coldwell Banker branded operations of NRT, the subsidiary that manages Realogy’s company-owned brokerages, runs.

The Coldwell Banker company-owned offices have more than 45,000 affiliated agents in more than 50 markets nationwide, according to a press release.

The change coincides with the rebranding of the Coldwell Banker logo --- referred to as the Coldwell Banker North Star.
The rebranding is an opportunity to unify the company-owned operations under one name to align as one significant presence in the marketplace.

“I am excited to announce that we are now officially Coldwell Banker Realty in Arizona,” Greg Hollman, president of Coldwell Banker Realty in Arizona, said in a prepared statement.

“I am thrilled that we are now able to bring this excitement and new identity here to our local markets. I strongly believe that this is a smart and strategic move that will show the industry and consumers the power of the most established real estate company, not just locally, but across the nation. I can’t wait to see our new North Star logo shining throughout the state. Together, as one united national company, we are unstoppable.”

The rebranding will take place across the country primarily during the first quarter of 2020. Presently, company-owned Coldwell Banker entities operate under 12 different names across the country.

By aligning regional companies under the name Coldwell Banker Realty, the company hopes the presence of the brand will be strengthened in every major metropolitan market in the nation.

This alignment will also, the company hopes, allow for Coldwell Banker Realty to better harness company talent, eliminate operational inefficiencies and allow for more integration of marketing, products and services to benefit clients and consumers.
