Landsea Homes, a publicly traded California-based residential homebuilder, has broken ground for housing communities in Goodyear, Tolleson and Phoenix.

The new communities, Vidrio at Estrella in Goodyear, Sunset Farms in Tolleson and Madison Square in north central Phoenix, will add a total of 274 new-build homes to the Valley’s inventory, according to a release.

“We are thrilled to bring a new mix of beautiful and high-quality homes to prospective buyers in the greater Phoenix area,” Todd Condon, vice president of sales and marketing, Landsea Homes Arizona division, said in a prepared statement.

“We look forward to seeing families thrive in their new homes at Estrella, Sunset Farms and Madison Square, with access to award-winning schools, shopping, dining, a growing entertainment district and an accessible outdoor life," he said. "It’s everything one could want, right in their community.”

Vidrio at Estrella will consist of 92 single-family homes with four modern floor plans ranging from 1,886 square feet to 3,040 square feet.

Homes will begin selling in late spring, the release stated. They are part of Landsea Homes’ Performance Collection, designed to respect the planet through money-saving innovations such as the RGF Environmental Group’s REME Halo air purifier system, and home automation technology.
