Goodyear PD notifies community of sex offender

The Goodyear Police department is notifying the community that a convicted sex offender, Glenn Ryan Shorty, has established residence in a single-family home near W. Van Buren Street and Estrella Parkway.

Shorty, 32, was convicted of indecent exposure in 2017 and in 2019 was convicted for failure to register as a level 2 sex offender.

He resides at 15427 W. Jefferson Street.

Shorty is a 5-foot-9, 160-pound Native American male with brown hair and brown eyes. He wears glasses and has a 2-inch scar on the left side of his neck.
