Estrella’s newest neighborhood to feature five two-story models

Posted

Estrella by Newland, a 20,000-acre mixed-use master-planned community in Goodyear, announced the addition of its newest neighborhood, Centella by the New Home Co.

Centella will feature 80 two-story detached four- and five-bedroom single-family homes designed specifically for Estrella and starting in the high $200s. The homes will range from 2,061 to 2,832 square feet and include a two-car garage, loft, EVO Smart Home Technology, and an open-concept kitchen, great room and dining area, according to a release.

The community will feature its own internal park and new trail that will become part of the 300-mile Maricopa Trail Loop. Additionally, Centella’s back yards were designed to be low maintenance, allowing residents to enjoy Estrella’s resort-style amenities including three resident clubs, more than 50 miles of paths and trails, 72 acres of community lakes, and an 18-hole Jack Nicklaus-design golf course, the release stated.

“Newland continues to add a wide variety of high-quality homes that fit the needs of prospective residents and their lifestyles,” said William Olson, Newland Communities senior vice president and division manager, in a prepared statement. “We’re excited to welcome the New Home Co.’s innovative and quality construction to our vibrant community.”

“Although we are still one of the newer homebuilders in the Phoenix market, we’re proud of what we’ve accomplished, earning some of the highest honors for planning and design in the region,” said Christopher Cady, New Home’s Arizona Division president, in a prepared statement. “We’re thrilled to bring this commitment to excellence to Estrella. We are so impressed by what Newland has created here and proud to be a part of the community.”
