Work under way on Glendale Fire’s new command center

Posted

The Glendale Fire Department is creating its own command training center, or CTC.

Work got under way Aug. 10 on a system that will allow crews to see different parts of the fire at the same time, just like when they are on an actual scene, the department reported on its Facebook page.

“Training is the best way to gain confidence and proficiency,” the post states.
