‘Movies By Moonlight’ series returns to Glendale in October

The Movies by Moonlight series returns in October with movies under the stars taking place in Glendale on the third Friday of each month through April.

All movies have activities and food trucks beginning at 5 p.m.

First up will be “The Lego Movie, The Second Part” on Oct. 21 at Sahuaro Ranch Park, 9802 N. 59th Ave.

A drive-in edition will follow Nov. 18 at ASU West, 4701 W. Thunderbird Road, will kick off with three rounds of bingo before “Jumanji: Welcome To The Jungle” starts. Registration is required for this one and will be available soon.

The next installment will see “The Grinch” show at Murphy Park, 5850 W. Glendale Ave., on Dec. 16.

Movies will continue in January (“Captain Underpants: The First Epic Movie”), February (“Tom and Jerry”), March (“Zootopia”), and April (“Luca”).
