Midwestern University College of Pharmacy-Glendale alumnus Dr. Kevin Borg, Class of 2001, has contributed to his community during the coronavirus pandemic.

Dr. Borg’s compounding pharmacy, Potter’s House Apothecary, 21585 N. 77th Ave., Suite 1500, in Peoria, made hand sanitizer and donated hundreds of bottles to first responders in the Valley. Dr. Borg and his team got to work as soon as the U.S. Food and Drug Administration gave pharmacies the approval to make their own hand sanitizer.

Midwestern’s Glendale campus is located at 19555 N. 59th Ave.
