Medical supplies company opens new Glendale warehouse

Dynarex adds to manufacturing growth on city’s west end

Almost a year after Reich Brothers Holdings LLC announced the Dynarex Corp. would lease its new warehouse on the west end of Glendale, Dynarex is opening for business.

Dynarex, a medical equipment and disposable medical products company, now calls Glendale home with its new industrial warehouse. The 250,000-square-foot facility will serve as Dynarex’s Southwest regional distribution facility, and is at 7811 N. Glen Harbor Blvd.

“We are pleased and excited to announce the opening of this extensive hub to better serve our customers’ needs,” Dynarex CEO Zalman Tanenbaum shared in a news release. “Our new warehouse offers three times the space of our previous facility in the region, providing increased storage capacity, greater efficiency, and the potential for future expansion into additional product lines.”

In March 2021, Reich Brothers announced the long-term lease to Dynarex, out of Orangeburg, New York. Both interior and exterior improvements were made to the site, including the new addition of a 3.5 acre trailer lot adjacent to the building.

Reich Brothers upgraded the facility for distribution and logistics, in an effort to generate jobs and stimulate the local economy.

“We are committed to preserving the integrity and infrastructure of the site for its highest and best use. Phoenix is one of the fastest growing markets in the country, and the need for big box will continue to be in high demand,” Alex Reich, director of acquisitions at Reich Brothers, a real estate investment group, shared in a statement at the time.

The building includes administrative office space and features 40-foot ceilings with ample clearance to accommodate a four-level racking system. The facility houses 16 high-level bay doors that open for full van access — allowing for more efficient operation and faster dispatching.

The spacious warehouse is easily accessible to Loop 101, Interstate 10 and Glendale Municipal Airport.

“The Phoenix, Arizona, region is one of the fastest growing markets in the country,” remarked Robert Wittman, Dynarex COO. “Our new facility is centrally located in a vibrant industrial complex, convenient to major highways and commercial hubs.”

Dynarex adds to the growing manufacturing hub, settled in close proximity to other corporate neighbors.

“The city of Glendale is honored to welcome Dynarex to Glen Harbor Airpark,” Glendale Mayor Jerry Weiers stated in a news releasse. “Their contributions to help support pandemic relief by providing vital medical supplies and equipment have positively impacted many communities. It is businesses like these that make our city unique, and this vibrant corridor will continue to thrive with them here.”
