Huge toy show making way to Glendale

Toy Con’s Winter Edition will feature 100+ vendors

Posted

The self-described Valley’s largest toy show is back in Glendale this month.

Arizona Toy Con’s Winter Edition takes place 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 30 at the Glendale Civic Center, 5750 W. Glenn Drive.

More than 100 dealers will exhibit all sorts of vintage and modern toys, including comics, Anime, video games, pop vinyl, die-cast, dolls, action figures and more.

Admission is $10 at the door (with an early 9 a.m. VIP entry membership available). Kids 12 and under are free (limit two kids per adult admission).

AZ Toy Con has rented the two large fenced outdoor courtyards on either side of the Glendale Civic Center to add to vendor and attendee capacity. There will now be vendors outside in addition to the vendors inside.

Community groups are invited to advertise their social clubs and activities, and car clubs and private owners to show off their pop culture-inspired vehicles for photo ops while waiting in line. There will be a food truck on site.

Event organizers strongly encourage vendors and attendees wear masks and respect others’ personal space. Masks are encouraged but not required.
