Glendale's new app makes it easier to contact city

Glendale has released its new GlendaleOne smartphone app to help residents access the city’s non-emergency services 24/7.

Submit a service request entering the location, type of issue and contact information and the request is automatically sent to the appropriate city department.

The app allows users to submit service requests, pay their utility bills, view and sign up for recreation classes or library events, schedule a bulk trash pickup and it features a list of answers to frequently asked questions. The app can be downloaded by searching GlendaleOne in a smartphone appstore or by visiting glendaleone.com/G1/ .

For those not wanting to download the app, the glendaleone.com/G1/ webpage also includes a feature to submit service request, answers to frequently asked questions and a list of phone numbers to contact city staff for reasons.
