Glencroft Center for Modern Aging, the largest senior living campus in Arizona, located at 8611 N. 67th Ave., in Glendale, is looking to immediately fill positions at an on-site job fair Thursday, April 22.

Glencroft is adding nearly 50 full-time positions ranging from caregivers, nurses, security officers, maintenance/landscaping, administrative and dining services employees for its operations. Glencroft features nearly 900 residents and 500 staff members.

“We’re excited to be growing and adding to our incredible employee base,” Glencroft’s human resources manager Lori Draffkorn stated in a news release. “We will be making job offers on the spot hiring during our job fair with competitive wages and solid employee benefit packages.”

Glencroft benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, company-paid life insurance, employee assistance programs and paid time off. While the majority of Glencroft employees and residents have been fully vaccinated, to ensure the health and wellbeing for all on campus Glencroft will be offering immediate COVID-19 rapid testing for new hires.

The April 22 job fair is open from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. in the auditorium at the Glencroft campus. Job candidates should bring a resume, identification and any supporting documentation for interviews.

Wearing a mask is mandatory at the job fair and there will be plenty of hand sanitizer available for those attending. For the safety of Glencroft residents and staff, candidates exhibiting any signs of illness just before or on that day are asked to submit a resume indicating position of interest via email to hr@glencroft.com.

Glencroft Center for Modern Aging opened in 1970.
