Glendale Public Library will present an evening of virtual trivia in celebration of National Library Week.
Residents can compete for Amazon gift cards by answering a challenging range of questions on pop culture, sports, science, history and more.
“This pub-style trivia event is a perfect way for new users to discover library programs or for our old friends to re-connect with us,” Administrative Librarian Liz Garcia stated in a news release. “Trivia is fun, low-stress and something that librarians excel at. What makes this program even more exciting is that the first, second and third place finishers will win $50, $25 and $10 Amazon gift cards as prizes.”
Library Virtual Trivia takes place at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, April 8. Participants will need to register and will be sent a link for the Zoom program the night of the event. Players will also need a mobile device to go to kahoot.it or to download the Kahoot app.
