Glendale home sells for almost $1.2M

One top home sale in Glendale over the past week sold for more than $1.1 million.

The property at 6515 N. 135th Drive, in the 85307 ZIP code, sold for $1.195 million on Nov. 5. The 3,940-square foot home features five bedrooms and four baths, and was built in 2019.

Mike Misheski with HomeSmart represented the seller, and Ishwinder Singh with My Home Group Real Estate represented the buyer.
