Residents can support Glendale Firefighters Charities and try some amazing chili and salsa in the process.

AZ Barbeque Catering’s second annual First Responder vs. Pro BBQer Chili and Salsa Competition and Toy Drive goes from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 17 at AZBarbeque Catering’s kitchen, 7900 N. 70th Ave., Suite 101, Glendale.

Residents are welcome, and are encouraged to bring new toys in their original packaging. Glendale Firefighters Charities will be bringing toys to local kids in need this holiday season.
