Justin Thorstad, transformation coach and founder and designated broker of Libertas Real Estate, will lead two workshops designed for Realtors that want to take their professions, and personal lives, to the next level.
At 10 a.m. Saturday, April 17, the Mindset Shift workshop, held at Libertas Real Estate’s Surprise location at 16920 W. Bell Road, Suite 101, focuses on methods designed to help attendees achieve success without the “hustle and grind.” During the session, Mr. Thorstad provides guests with a tangible plan they can immediately implement, including new ways of operating, and empowers guests to live their best lives limited only by their own imaginations.
Held at the Libertas Real Estate branch in Arrowhead, at 18001 N. 79th Ave., Suite D68, in Glendale, at 10 a.m. Tuesday, April 20, the How to Build a Team workshop offers Realtors, as well as branch managers, advice on developing their own teams with tips on how to delegate, motivate and elevate each individual to benefit the success of the entire team.
