The Maricopa County Assessor must have very little actual work to do if he can be gone for months while defending himself in three states on an adoption fraud issue and still there is no evidence that he is neglecting his duties (“Investigators: No evidence Maricopa County assessor neglected duties").

Do we even need this elected office?
