Changes I’d like to see in this area: More business come to town.
Favorite community cause and why: Pregnancy center has helped so many women. It’s important to have this outreach for young women; sometimes they do not have anyone to assist them or talk to.
My family: My husband and my son, 23, — they are the best men in my life.
My interests and hobbies: Love being in the sun, doing yard work.
The trait(s) I admire in others: Loyal, honesty.
People who inspired me (and how): Strong independent women inspire me and the reason why is that you never give up and you can do anything you put your mind to.
My guiding philosophy: If you believe in something, you get up and fight for it.
