The Arizona Department of Health Services reported the number of COVID-19 cases in Goodyear was 2,353 as of Saturday, Aug. 1, a 15.27% increase over last Saturday and a 2.44% increase over Friday.
The agency said more than 90% of cases were mapped to the address of the patient’s residence:
