An intergovernmental agreement with Queen Creek Unified School District is to be discussed at the Oct. 23 meeting of the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors. The meeting begins at 9:30 a.m. in the  Supervisors' Auditorium, 205 W. Jefferson in Phoenix.

Supervisors to consider agreement with Queen Creek Unified School District

An intergovernmental agreement with Queen Creek Unified School District is to be discussed at the Oct. 23 meeting of the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors. The meeting begins at 9:30 a.m. in the  Supervisors' Auditorium, 205 W. Jefferson in Phoenix.

The IGA is to outline the responsibilities of the management of the county and school district financial system of record as part of the Maricopa County School Superintendent Office's Financial System Support Consortium. The IGA is to expire June 30, 2028.

Maricopa County is authorized to enter into this agreement under A.R.S. §11-952, for the purposes of exercising joint powers or contracting for services, according to the  meeting's agenda.
