Ed passed away on Wednesday, March 10 in his home in Sun City, Arizona. He was born on May 12, 1944 in Crawfordville, Indiana. Ed is survived by his bride of 50 years, Betty; son, David (Lisa); daughters, Rosalyn Pieczynski (Jerry) and Melissa Fields (Bob) from Texas; sisters, Jill Hadley and Patti Rupprecht from Indiana; also the pride of his life, six grandchildren: Zachary, Jacob, Courtney, Olivia, Alex and Keri. He is preceded in death by his parents, Howard and Sue; sisters, Kay and Peggy; and his brother, Tim. Ed joined the Air Force in 1965 and was stationed in Mt. Home, Idaho. After the service, he sold insurance for many years before moving to Bullhead, Arizona. Ed and Betty moved to Sun City in 2003 to be near family and enjoy retirement life. Ed loved playing golf, fishing, playing cards and being with friends and family, and serving in various ministries at the Church of St. Joachim and St. Anne. He was sincerely loved and will be deeply missed by his family and all who knew him.
