Buckeye to host ‘Reduce the Commute’ event

The city of Buckeye is partnering with dozens of local businesses for the Reduce the Commute Job Fair on Wednesday, Oct. 12 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the Coyote Library, 21699 W Yuma Rd.

More than 90% of Buckeye residents travel outside of the city for work.

This is the perfect opportunity for residents to find a similar career close to home and reduce their commute. With growing industry in Buckeye, it’s easier than ever to live, work and play in the community Buckeye residents call home.

Dress for interviews and bring polished resumes to the event to start or continue your career in Buckeye.

The Reduce the Commute Job Fair features jobs in industries that include manufacturing, distribution and logistics, retail, healthcare, energy, education and more.
