Road work planned Dec. 7-16 on San Marcos Drive, Broadway Avenue to 10th Avenue

The city of Apache Junction will be reconstructing and paving San Marcos Drive Dec. 7-16 from Broadway Avenue to 10th Avenue.

The road will be closed from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday. No closure is planned over the nighttime hours or weekends, according to a release.

Access to residences will be maintained. San Marcos traffic will be detoured to Broadway or 12th Ave. to Ironwood Drive.
