Discussion on the recruitment of a presiding city magistrate is a topic on the Apache Junction City Council’s June 14-15 closed-door executive sessions.
The City Council is to meet in executive session, which is not open to the public, at 6 p.m. Monday and Tuesday in the City Council Conference Room, 300 E. Superstition Blvd.
The agendas for June 14-15 include
Discussion and employment consideration relating to the recruitment, interviewing and appointment process for the position of the presiding city magistrate and potential employment contract negotiations.
