Anthem officials will host the community's Veteran's Day ceremony next month.

The event, in its 11th year, includes a concert from ProMusica Arizona Chorale and Orchestra and a pinning ceremony to commemorate the anniversary of the  Vietnam War.

The event starts at 9:30 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 11 at the Anthem Veterans Memorial, 41703 N Gavilan Peak Pkwy, Anthem.

“The AVM has partnered with the Vietnam War Commemorative Program since it began in 2012," said Elizabeth Turner,  the memorial's program director. "Then-President Obama designated from May 28, 2012 through November 11, 2025, our nation will commemorate and honor our Vietnam War veterans as they did not receive the welcome home deserved of all veterans who sacrifice to serve our nation. "
